When you begin, Sorem will ask for your name, your date of birth, and where you were born. You may also share photos of your palms and face if you are comfortable — these are optional and used only as symbolic reference points.
From there, Sorem reflects what it observes — moving through conditions, patterns, and awareness. The session unfolds at your pace. Nothing is rushed.
